How does payment work?

Clients fund work through Zypzo checkout. Funds are released after delivery approval, milestone completion, or agreed retainer cycle. Platform fees and commissions are shown before payment.

What if a vendor does not deliver?

Open a dispute from the order page. We review chat history, files, scope, and milestones. Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within the stated policy timeline.

Why do I need verification?

Verification reduces spam, protects high-intent vendors, and unlocks 3 free job posts per month for clients. Vendors get higher visibility after KYC and portfolio review.

Can I hire instantly?

Yes. Vendors marked Available Now can accept instant work, quick calls, small fixes, and urgent delivery tasks.
