1. Who we are

Zypzo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Zypzo", "we", "our" or "us") operates a digital marketplace connecting clients with independent service providers, vendors and agencies. We act as a Data Fiduciary for account, marketplace, payment and support data collected through zypzo.com and related applications.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account and contact data: name, email, phone number, login method, role, city and profile photo.
• Verification data: Aadhaar validation status, PAN/GST/company details, KYC documents, portfolio proof and fraud-review notes.
• Marketplace data: jobs, proposals, orders, milestones, reviews, messages, files and dispute records.
• Payment data: transaction IDs, invoices, payout status, refund status and limited payment metadata from payment processors. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
• Usage and device data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, ad impressions/clicks, logs, cookies and security events.

3. Purpose and lawful use

We process personal data to create accounts, verify identity, prevent fraud, match clients with vendors, operate orders and chat, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, improve recommendations and maintain platform safety. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by consent or applicable law, and you may opt out.

4. DPDP rights and consent withdrawal

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, completion, updating, deletion, grievance redressal and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal may limit your ability to use verification, payments, orders or other core services. Send requests to grievance@zypzo.com.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only as necessary with payment partners such as Razorpay, cloud/database/storage providers, analytics/security vendors, communication providers, KYC/fraud vendors, professional advisers, law enforcement and counterparties to an order where required to complete the transaction.

6. Security safeguards

We use role-based access, row-level security, private storage buckets for KYC files, audit logs, restricted administrative access and encryption in transit. No platform can guarantee absolute security; please use strong passwords and report suspicious activity immediately.

7. Retention

We retain account and marketplace data while your account is active. Transaction, invoice, tax, dispute and compliance records may be retained for up to 8 years or longer if required by law, audit, fraud prevention or legal claims.

8. Children

Zypzo is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly onboard children as clients or vendors.
