Terms and Conditions

By creating a Zypzo account, posting a job, buying a service, selling a service, running an advertisement or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

Zypzo is an execution layer that connects clients with independent vendors, freelancers and agencies. Vendors are independent contractors; Zypzo is not their employer and does not guarantee every outcome, but we provide tools, trust checks, payment workflows and dispute support.

2. Accounts

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account, maintaining confidentiality of credentials, completing verification when required and ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

3. Payments and escrow

Payments routed through Zypzo checkout or escrow-like milestone workflows are released to the vendor after delivery approval, milestone completion, auto-release rules or dispute resolution. Zypzo may charge subscription fees, platform fees, vendor commission, client service charges, payment gateway charges and advertising fees as disclosed before purchase.

4. Job posts, services and ads

Clients must post accurate scopes and lawful work. Vendors must accurately describe services, timelines and deliverables. Advertisers are responsible for lawful creatives, claims and targeting. Impression-based campaigns spend against delivered impressions subject to review and fraud filtering.

4. Acceptable use

No fraud, harassment, IP infringement, off-platform circumvention, or illegal services.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final paid deliverables transfers to the client after full payment and release. Vendors retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. Users must not upload content they do not have rights to use.

6. Disputes

If a dispute arises, raise it from your order page. Zypzo will mediate in good faith; final binding arbitration in Bengaluru, India.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refund eligibility, cancellation windows and processing timelines are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method through our payment partner.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime from Settings.

9. Liability

Zypzo is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid to Zypzo in the prior 6 months.

10. Governing law and contact
