Commission is deducted only when the client marks an order completed. Escrow protects both sides.
Common questions
What counts as a job post?+
Any open brief you publish for vendors to apply to. Direct hires from a vendor profile or ordering a fixed-price service don't count against your quota.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?+
You can wait for the reset on the 1st, or upgrade to Growth for unlimited posts. Existing jobs stay active.
Do vendors pay anything to join?+
No. Listing services and applying to jobs is free. We only earn a commission when you complete an order.
Is Aadhaar mandatory?+
Only for the free tier. Paid plans skip Aadhaar; enterprise plans support GST-based verification.
Can I get a GST invoice?+
Yes — all paid plans include GST-compliant invoices from Zypzo Technologies Pvt Ltd.
